Vehicle Diagnostics Training Courses: Get More from Your Jaltest Investment

Vehicle Diagnostics Training Courses

Enhancing Workshop Efficiency with Eclipse Training CoursesModern vehicles are more complex than ever. Wiring, control units, emissions systems, safety technology and software-led diagnostics now play a major role in day-to-day workshop work.

Having the right diagnostic tool is important. Knowing how to use it with confidence is what turns that tool into a real workshop advantage.

That is why Eclipse Tech offers a range of professional training courses for technicians, workshops, fleet operators and service teams who want to get more from their Jaltest equipment.

Why Diagnostic Training Matters

Good training helps technicians work faster, make better decisions and use diagnostic software more effectively.

For busy workshops, that can mean:

  • Quicker fault finding
  • Better use of Jaltest functions and features
  • Fewer unnecessary parts replacements
  • Improved first-time fix rates
  • Less vehicle downtime
  • More confident technicians
  • Better return on diagnostic equipment

Eclipse training is designed to be practical, relevant and easy to apply in the workshop.

Practical Jaltest Training from Eclipse Tech

Eclipse Tech’s Jaltest vehicle diagnostic training courses are designed to help technicians gain the most from their specific tool and software.

The courses include theory, live demonstrations and hands-on training. They also cover real workshop situations, so technicians can apply what they learn to their daily diagnostic work.

Training takes place at Eclipse’s facility in Swadlincote, Derbyshire and Sherburn, North Yorkshire. Selected courses are also available online or through a mix of online and practical training.

New training locations are due to open in 2027. Please continue reading for future details on this.

One Day Jaltest Course

The One Day Jaltest Course is an ideal starting point for technicians who want to build confidence with Jaltest diagnostics.

This in-person introductory course is based on Jaltest software for Jaltest Link on trucks, trailers and other commercial vehicles.

It covers both theory and practical work, giving technicians the chance to put their learning into practice during the course.

This course is well suited to technicians who are new to Jaltest or want a clearer understanding of how to use the software more efficiently.

Two Day Advanced Euro 6 AdBlue Jaltest Course

Eclipse's Jaltest Training CoursesThe Two Day Advanced Euro 6 AdBlue Jaltest Course is designed for technicians who want to improve their knowledge of modern Euro 6 emissions systems.

This in-person course covers SCR and DPF after-treatment systems across major manufacturers. It combines practical and theory sessions to help technicians understand how Euro 6 emission control systems work.

For workshops that regularly deal with AdBlue, SCR, DPF and emissions-related faults, this course can help improve diagnostic confidence and support faster, more accurate repairs.
