Jaltest 25.2 Software Update Released

We are pleased to report that Jaltest has now released their latest diagnostic software update, which has made the leading multi-brand diagnostic software better than ever before!

As you would expect, the latest update is packed full of new innovations and improvements across all vehicle types, which covers the following vehicle types: Agricultural Vehicles, Commercial Vehicles, Off-Highway Machinery, Marine Vessels and Material Handling Equipment.

 

What’s new in 25.2?

• New brands, models and technical information!
• Integration of Jaltest TPMS – Communication with the Jaltest TPMS device through a functionality in additional modules and generation of the TPMS report of the status of the sensorised tyres. In addition, the Jaltest Tools reference of the product is also advertised.
• Access to the frequently asked questions and doubts menu (Jaltest FAQ).
• Improvements in the OEM RMI module for DAF brand, new types of manuals available.
• Jaltest GSE, licence now visible together with the rest of the licences.
• In addition, the TRAILER vehicle type has been added.

• There are new technical information and SMART guides by symptom and by the most common fault codes in the workshop thanks to the communication channels with clients such as the technical support offered by the project, training, Jaltest Feedback and “Product improvement” option.
• Tractor
  • This version includes new brands of tractors: LOVOL, PRONAR and SOLIS.
  • New models of Kioti, Landini, Mahindra, New Holland
  • It is important to note new fault code SMART guides in TCM CVT transmission, which is present on many models of CNH group tractor brands, and fault code SMART guides in EHR hydraulic control system and TRANS (Sauer Danfoss) transmission, equipped in LANDINI models.
• Harvest Equipment
  • FENDT MTU ADEC ECU-9 engine control system in Katana Series model.

  • This version includes the ACE brand.
  • The number of models in DOOSAN, HITACHI, HYUNDAI CE, JCB, JOHN DEERE CE, LIEBHERR, SANY, VÖGELE, VOLVO CE and XCMG brands has been expanded.
  • BOSCH REXROTH BODAS RC Series 31 (on CAN) programmable control unit.
• Compact Equipment
  • This version includes the ACE brand.
  • The number of models in HITACHI, HYUNDAI CE, JCB, JOHN DEERE, KRAMER, VOLVO CE and WACKER NEUSON brands has been expanded.
  • CATERPILLAR MCM (on CDL) central computer in 900 Series models, implement control valve calibration and hydrostatic module calibration. C-3.4B (on SAE J1939) engine control system, diesel particulate filter maintenance reset, SCR catalytic converter maintenance reset, component replacement and exhaust gas aftertreatment system checks.
• Stationary Engine

  • In general, fault code troubleshooting guides have been added in several engine control systems and in exhaust gas aftertreatment systems.
• Multi-Purpose Vehicle
  • This version includes the CARON brand.
  • The number of models in the MULTICAR brand has been expanded.
  • In general, diagnostics coverage has been extended for engine control systems. It is important to note new functionalities in EDC 17 C81 engine control system and in HAKO and LADOG brands.
