For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “The Promoter” refers to Eclipse Automotive Technology Ltd. The “Prize” refers to 1 x £600 e-shop voucher for Eclipse Automotive Technology Ltd only. (https://www.eclipse-tech.co.uk)
The giveaway starts on 21st April 2023 and ends on 5th May 2023.
By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by 23:59 on 5th May 2023. One (1) winner in Great Britain will be selected at random and then contacted by the 12th of May 2023.
If the winner can not be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The Promotor’s competition with entry via Facebook is open only to residents of Great Britain. One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all entrants.
Entries will only be accepted if the entrant has done all of the following: followed Eclipse Diagnostics on Facebook, liked the post and tagged someone in the comments.
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook. You are providing your information to Eclipse Automotive Technology and not to any other party.
The winner’s name may be posted on the social media profiles of The Promotor after the winner has been selected.
Only one entry per person per competition will be accepted.
The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner who has entered on Facebook, using a random generator.
The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be shared to enable the fulfilment of the Prize.
No purchase is necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition.
Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.
Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.
The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.
