Hexagon Leasing Now Uses Eclipse Jaltest Truck for Commercial Vehicle Diagnostics

Since February, Hexagon Leasing has been using Eclipse Jaltest Truck – a multi-brand diagnostic solution for trucks, vans, HGVs, trailers and light commercial vehicles.

The technology, which connects via Bluetooth, helps the team to get vehicles thoroughly checked and in and out of the workshop promptly, helping to improve the service the company offers to customers.
Paul Murphy, Workshop Manager at Hexagon said: “Since we took delivery of the Jaltest Truck Eclipse Testpad Extreme, it has been used in the workshop and out in the field every day.
“It has been used to diagnose a variety of different faults which has allowed our technicians to repair the vehicles on site without the expense of having to take and leave the vehicles at dealers for several days. Previously this has resulted in Hexagon Leasing having to put an exchange vehicle into the customer at our cost and paying main dealer labour rates.” The system is compatible with all the vehicles and trailers in the fleet, and the time-saving element has received positive feedback from customers already.
