Eclipse was founded in 2005 by current directors Richard Parkin and David Rees. 2015 marked our 10 year anniversary and we celebrated with the launch of our Total Eclipse packages.
It’s thanks to the dedication of our teams that we can be proud of the products and services which we provide. From the initial customer enquiry where our Sales Office team advises the customer of a suitable product package. The Regional Sales Managers who visit customers and demonstrate the equipment with a wealth of knowledge and experience.
The Vehicle Technical Support team who take over and support customers with vehicle issues, sometimes very challenging but their experience and knowledge proves to be invaluable advice.
The I.T. Support team who assist customers with product related problems either introduced by the user or natural related issues, our view that a man made product will go wrong but if we jump on to the repair with a fast and quality turn around we can make the customer very happy very quickly.
We keep all parts in stock in the UK and aim for a same day or at least next day repair.
The Training team who take ownership in ensuring each course candidate are given the time they need personally to learn as much as possible at their own pace. And lastly, the Directors who are deeply passionate in offering the best in all the above areas in order to continually offer the best available to our customers.
